Event Server

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Guests in various settings including plated and buffet banquets, cocktail receptions, and formal events
• Set event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, client specifications, and service standards
• Perform tear down and clean up following banquet functions
• Maintain high product knowledge and address Guest inquiries

Requirements

• Pro-Serve Certification
• 2 years of previous serving experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs and stand for 8+ hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bartending
• Cash handling experience
• Experience with Silverware point of sale system
