Event Senior Technical Lead, Audio Visual

Responsibilities

• Execute the setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment for event sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly during live events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Supervise and direct other technicians during events to ensure flawless execution.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster technical and leadership skill development.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, forecasting, and secure storage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of field experience in a specialty audiovisual area.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
