Event Security Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and coordination of event security staff before, during, and after events
• Ensuring order and security at the event, including initiating measures or contacting the security chain
• Managing entry and admission controls
• Crowd management and monitoring access points
• Monitoring security technical facilities and systems
• Documentation of relevant data and incidents
• Initiating measures in the event of special incidents

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Clean criminal record
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Good English skills
• Driver's license B and own vehicle
• Experience in security services, preferably as a team lead
• Professional, well-groomed, and confident appearance
• Friendly and team-oriented
