About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins' transformational events
- Lead powerful discovery conversations with clients
- Build emotional leverage and guide clients toward decisive action
- Operate inside a high-performance, on-site outbound sales floor
- Engage warm leads and build referral pipelines
- Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
- Track performance through KPIs and conversion metrics
- Perform 80–100+ outbound calls per day
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound, high-ticket, or high-volume sales
- OR 4+ years in a consultative sales environment
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound and rejection-heavy environments
- Emotionally intelligent communicator
- Coachable and performance-driven
- Genuine belief in personal growth and transformation
