About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, lead, and support promotional events to drive subscriber growth and product penetration.
- Generate new subscribers for video, high-speed internet, and mobile services through community initiatives and market expansion.
- Serve as the primary sales point of contact at assigned events and manage post-event lead handoffs.
- Build rapport with consumer prospects and property staff, particularly within multi-dwelling units (MDUs).
- Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating product benefits and competitive advantages.
- Manage the lead funnel independently, including scheduling follow-ups and building long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate event logistics, including the distribution of printed materials and point-of-purchase displays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market to conduct events.
