Event Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive event and catering revenue by actively prospecting, qualifying, and securing new business
• Respond to event inquiries with timely, customized proposals following brand guidelines
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage event contracts and related documentation
• Conduct client calls, site visits, and presentations to close new and repeat business
• Collaborate with banquet, culinary, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and onsite process
• Analyze market trends and competitive data to develop revenue-generating strategies

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in event sales, catering sales, hotel sales, or event management
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
