About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage proactive and reactive sales for groups and events, including food and beverage functions
- Respond to inquiries, create detailed proposals, and negotiate with clients
- Identify upselling opportunities through premium packages and exclusive experiences
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and logistics
- Organize pre-con meetings and maintain a feedback loop with hotel management
- Monitor and analyze event-related revenue metrics and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in event sales or luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in CRM software, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
