About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage proactive and reactive sales for groups and events, including food and beverage functions
  • Respond to inquiries, create detailed proposals, and negotiate with clients

  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and logistics
  • Organize pre-con meetings and maintain a feedback loop with hotel management
  • Monitor and analyze event-related revenue metrics and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in event sales or luxury hospitality
  • Proficiency in CRM software, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
