Event & Retail Activation Lead

Responsibilities

• Execute high-frequency cacao tasting activations at premium locations, yoga studios, and lifestyle boutiques.
• Drive direct field sales and take ownership of weekly revenue and unit targets.
• Develop B2B partnerships by converting visited locations into wholesale partners or menu features.
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing the brand story and origin details with tourists and expats.
• Maintain meticulous tracking of visited locations, tasting metrics, and qualified retail leads.

Requirements

• Must be permanently based in Bali, Indonesia.
• Fully fluent in English with excellent verbal presentation skills.
• Extremely outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable pitching to strangers.
• Possession of reliable transport and willingness to travel across Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, and Seminyak.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Interest in specialty food, coffee culture, or the wellness industry is highly preferred.
