Responsibilities

• Design and recommend event concepts including conventions, keynotes, product launches, and B2B events
• Provide strategic consulting to clients and internal teams
• Lead projects through the production phase, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Integrate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) commitments into all projects
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects across physical, hybrid, and digital formats
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from launch to execution and billing

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +4 degree in communication, events, or marketing
• At least 5 years of experience in an event agency as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director
• Strong sensitivity to the beauty and luxury sectors
• Professional English proficiency for presenting and leading meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, writing, and multitasking skills
