Responsibilities
- Design and recommend event concepts including conventions, keynotes, product launches, and B2B events
- Provide strategic consulting to clients and internal teams
- Lead projects through the production phase, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Integrate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) commitments into all projects
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects across physical, hybrid, and digital formats
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from launch to execution and billing
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +4 degree in communication, events, or marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in an event agency as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director
- Strong sensitivity to the beauty and luxury sectors
- Professional English proficiency for presenting and leading meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, writing, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for the event industry and a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
