About the role

About the Company

Provence Rugby competes in Pro D2, the second level of French professional rugby, and is an ambitious sports actor in the South region. Based in Aix-en-Provence, the club plays its matches at the Maurice-David stadium, which has a capacity of 8,500 seats.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate BNI meetings hosted at the stadium
  • Manage logistics for events including rooms, equipment, and signage
  • Act as an interface for participating partners and track registrations
  • Manage corporate seminars and events from reservation to execution
  • Coordinate various service providers such as caterers, technicians, and security
  • Support the management of hospitality and public spaces on match days
  • Operationally manage a small team dedicated to payments and cash handling
  • Monitor electronic payment terminal (TPE) fleets and end-of-match reporting

Requirements

  • Degree level Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Business school, Vatel, or Sports faculty)
  • Strong interest in sports events and catering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Rigorous, team-oriented, and highly involved
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in the professional rugby environment
