Project Farm, a partner of Broadwick, focuses on creating solutions through project management, specializing in retail, placemaking, public realm, and large-scale event production.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of retail, placemaking, and public realm activations from brief to completion
  • Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted day-to-day contact
  • Create and manage project budgets and support proposals, pitches, and RFP responses
  • Lead project meetings and conduct post-event debriefs
  • Take ownership of small to medium-scale event delivery, including supplier coordination and logistics
  • Manage project timelines, staffing requirements, and site visits
  • Implement health and safety procedures and coordinate event assets and equipment
  • Support applications for permits, permissions, and council approvals

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience within the events industry
  • Experience delivering small to medium-scale events and activations
  • Strong administration, organizational, and budget management skills
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, staffing, and external stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of health & safety processes and risk assessments
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, placemaking, property, or public realm activations
  • Experience securing permits, licenses, or council approvals
  • Basic understanding of event production and technical delivery
  • Experience contributing to pitches or RFP responses
  • Experience using project management or event management systems
