Event Project Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end event management process for the ABOUT YOU Fashion Show, from concept development to on-site execution
• Act as a key interface between internal teams, external partners, and service providers
• Assist with event preparation and follow-up, including scheduling, run-of-show planning, and operational processes
• Support either the Guest Management team (invitations, guest lists, VIP/creator communication, and travel coordination) or the Partner Management team (brand activations and partner integrations)
• Gain hands-on experience in a large-scale fashion and entertainment production environment

Requirements

• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, forward-thinking working style
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to remain resilient under pressure and maintain a hands-on mindset in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in event, project, or production management
• High level of enthusiasm for fashion, pop culture, and creative productions
• Strong communication skills and a confident professional presence
