About the role
Responsibilities
- Support experiential production including fan engagement, on-site event management, and logistics
- Assist with hospitality operations such as ticketing, lodging, transportation, and food and beverage services
- Execute pre-planning and strategy tasks to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage venue operations and regional tour logistics as required
Requirements
- Prior experience in large-scale event production or hospitality
- Ability to work in major U.S. cities during 2026 (including FIFA Host Cities)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8 hours at a time
- Flexibility to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to support event days from mid-May through mid-July 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working at global sporting events (e.g., Olympics, World Cups, Super Bowl)
- Multilingual abilities
