Event Production Director

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production projects from A to Z, including venue scouting, negotiation, and follow-up
• Manage relationships with clients and service providers
• Develop production schedules, callsheets, and technical documentation
• Organize tenders, analyze quotes, and select partners
• Oversee technical installations (structure, light, sound, decor, video) and onsite operations
• Supervise event setup, exploitation, dismantling, and post-production logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
• Manage project budgets, including development, tracking, and post-production reporting
• Participate in agency development and identification of new commercial opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in event production or space design/fit-out
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and budget management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, providers, and internal teams
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of the event ecosystem and technical service providers
