Event Production Analyst

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute commercial area events, ensuring quality and deadline compliance
• Manage suppliers (F&B, assembly, audiovisual, gifts, etc.), including negotiation and payment tracking
• Fill out schedules, checklists, and area workflows
• Control event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
• Handle complete logistics (venue rental, transport, accommodation, registration, etc.)
• Monitor event execution on-site, solving unforeseen issues with agility
• Interface with internal areas (marketing, communication, sales, etc.) to align demands

Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate events
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous events
• Knowledge of budget control and supplier negotiation
• Proficiency with Google tools
• Availability for travel and working outside business hours when necessary
