Event Producer

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative and creative solutions in the design and delivery phase of campaigns
• Implement executional plans in line with client requirements and ensure consistency across live experiences
• Manage all aspects of experiential delivery including venue sourcing, branding, production, logistics, technical production, and health & safety
• Monitor and track workload against the Critical Path using Monday.com
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage allocated budget lines effectively
• Manage and empower event delivery teams on the ground to ensure high standards
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an event delivery role
• Proven track record of managing experiences in a variety of settings
• High level competence in event production
• Proficiency in using agency project tracking and finance platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
