Event Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects involving live and digital elements, ensuring smooth execution of timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop flawless concepts and ensure seamless project delivery
• Act as a key advocate for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates to Account Leads
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Oversee vendor relationships, including the RFP process and communication
• Manage project profitability, financial metrics, and the reconciliation process
• Provide guidance and oversight to Associate or Event Managers

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event production, live production, integrated production, account management, or project management
• Proven experience managing large budgets (e.g., $2m+) and large-scale events (e.g., 2500+ attendees)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Fortune 1000 brands is desired
• Strong ability to build budgets, manage financial metrics, and oversee PO/invoicing processes
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiential knowledge working with automotive clients
• 4-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or Communications
• Experience with ERP or Project Management software
