Event Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event productions including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution
• Create production timelines and ensure teams adhere to schedules
• Lead, mentor, and manage Event Managers across assigned markets
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive alignment on event deliverables
• Manage budgets of different scales and handle administrative duties like invoicing and expense reports
• Research and book new venues and secure necessary event permits
• Participate in creative ideation and brainstorm meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Proven track record in live event production
• Ability to manage multiple cities and complex event aspects efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading and developing event teams
• Understanding of technical production requirements and permitting processes
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

• Strong network of vendors and venues

• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram
• Strong academic background

• Base salary of approximately $60,000 - $63,000 with performance bonuses
