Event Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and administrative processes including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up
• Assess technical riders and propose modifications in line with budgetary targets
• Build and maintain production budgets throughout all stages of production
• Monitor local operational spends and identify optimization opportunities
• Manage invoices and close event P&Ls
• Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers
• Develop long-term deals with national scope to facilitate geographical expansion

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Native or fluent level of German
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and event aspects
• Strong network of vendors and venues
• Understanding of technical production requirements and permitting processes
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live event or theatrical productions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong data analysis and analytical mindset
