Event Producer & Community Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Daybreaker in San Diego by building an engaged and passionate local community
• Produce monthly large-scale morning dance and wellness experiences
• Source venues, talent, performers, and vendors to create immersive events
• Cultivate a local volunteer production team and manage event logistics
• Create local partnerships and promote events to relevant audiences
• Collaborate with Daybreaker HQ to uphold global brand standards while adding local creative zeal

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an organized, self-starter approach to independent work
• Several years of experience in large-scale event production
• Proven background in community building and organizing people
• Deep knowledge of the local San Diego arts, music, and culture scene
• A strong network of influencers, creatives, and community leaders
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate event needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Active involvement in the health, wellness, or startup industries
• Experience or familiarity with the Burning Man community
• A passion for dance music and a healthy, conscious lifestyle
