Responsibilities

• Plan and organise events from initial enquiry to execution, including private celebrations and corporate gatherings
• Manage all incoming business for meetings and events to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maximise enquiries and bookings by converting them into revenue opportunities
• Communicate and liaise with relevant teams to ensure flawless event execution
• Collaborate with all departments across the hotel to enhance service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contacts, and guest preferences

Requirements

• Experience in detail-oriented event planning
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness and a keen eye for guest experience enhancement
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
