Event Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics for corporate milestones, including site inaugurations, groundbreaking ceremonies, and VIP client networking events
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, including venues, caterers, AV technicians, and event decorators
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and PR teams to ensure all event branding, stage designs, and promotional materials align with the company's visual identity
• Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses to ensure seamless delivery without cost overruns
• Oversee on-site event execution, serving as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure a flawless experience for all attendees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Coordinator, preferably in corporate, B2B, or high-end real estate/construction environments
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
