Event & Partner Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 10–12 regional event and partner marketing activities each quarter.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns including executive roundtables, leadership dinners, webinars, roadshows, and partner-driven workshops.
• Execute joint marketing campaigns with key technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and other strategic alliances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and SDR teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals and target account selection.
• Manage end-to-end lead processes, ensuring proper capture, qualification, and timely transfer to Sales teams.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators including revenue influenced, pipeline contribution, and SQL generation.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities in messaging, audience segmentation, and event structure.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B event marketing, partner marketing, or event execution roles.
• Proven experience supporting partner-led campaigns within a technology or enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and project execution skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in ROI tracking and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Cvent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan.
