Event Operations Specialist - Anti-Fraud

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and resolve potentially fraudulent transactions, account activities, or suspicious ticket transfers
• Prepare detailed analyses and lists of events for ticket cancellations, user blocking, and fraud prevention actions
• Identify, analyze, and report emerging fraud patterns, anomalies, or vulnerabilities to the Anti-Fraud Manager
• Conduct manual reviews of system alerts and suspicious activity
• Maintain accuracy, speed, and decision consistency within defined SLA and KPI targets
• Prepare investigation reports, evidence summaries, and escalation documentation for management review
• Participate in tool testing, fraud workflow optimization, and automation initiatives
• Support the manager in day-to-day operations
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards, documentation protocols, and internal anti-fraud policies
• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards when handling sensitive user data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, or event ticketing operations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple investigations simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Arabic
