Event Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of 10 European conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for event needs, branding materials, and add-ons while managing budgets
• Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
• Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check design materials such as banners, signage, and brochures

Requirements

• UK work permit required
• No specific previous work experience required; training provided
• Relentless drive and desire to excel
• High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
• Proactive ownership and follow-through on commitments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
