Event Operations & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event execution and operations across a portfolio of concurrent events, including logistics, timelines, and on-site delivery
• Manage event budgets, expense reconciliation, and contingency planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, clients, and suppliers
• Support the expansion of the event portfolio through the delivery of satellite, regional, and cluster events
• Develop premium member experiences, workshops, and exclusive access opportunities
• Collect and analyse event data, including attendance, engagement, and ROI, to support reporting and continuous improvement
• Develop scalable event systems, templates, and processes to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, travel, tourism, or membership organisations
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent events from planning through to post-event evaluation
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management
• Commercial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Proficiency in event management software, EA platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
