Event Operations & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event execution and operations across a portfolio of concurrent events, including logistics, timelines, and on-site delivery
• Manage event budgets, expense reconciliation, and contingency planning
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery
• Support the expansion of the event portfolio through regional and cluster events to drive member engagement
• Develop premium member experiences, workshops, and exclusive access opportunities
• Collect and analyze event data, including attendance, revenue, and member satisfaction, to demonstrate ROI
• Develop scalable event systems, templates, and processes for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, travel, tourism, or membership organizations
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent events from planning through to post-event evaluation
• Strong vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Commercial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Proficiency in event management software, EA platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
