Event Operations Producer

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for venues, branding, and event add-ons
• Manage budgets and review changes to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Plan and coordinate VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check design materials
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team for on-site operations

Requirements

• UK work permit (required)

• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency
• Ownership mindset: proactive and follows through on commitments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organised with ability to structure and prioritise work
• Comfortable working onsite Monday to Friday in London Victoria
