About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience
  • Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for event needs, branding materials, and add-ons while managing budgets
  • Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities; provide on-site support to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain internal inventory tracking, condense team queries, and quality-check banners, signage, and brochures
  • Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organization for on-site event delivery
