Event Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for events, including add-ons and branding materials
• Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Provide on-site support during conferences to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check banners, signage, and promotional materials
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team for on-site operations
• Review and manage budgets, raising changes ahead of time

Requirements

• UK work permit
• No specific previous work experience required; training is provided
• Relentless drive and desire to be the best
• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency

• Excellent verbal and written communication
