Event Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Support setup, operation, and breakdown of Boxbar automated beverage units at live events
• Ensure bar areas are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Perform basic technical checks and first-line troubleshooting during events
• Train venue staff on correct use of Boxbar equipment
• Act as a professional on-site representative and communicate with venue teams and event partners
• Monitor unit performance, escalate issues, and support guest experience
• Maintain safe, tidy, and compliant working areas throughout events
• Complete post-event reports and feedback forms

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work event-based shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to travel to event sites and comfortable with physical work
• Able to follow venue rules, safety procedures, and operating standards
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Alcohol service certification may be required depending on state and venue
