Event Operations Graduate

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Freshers' Fairs and nationwide campus tours across the UK
• Coordinate operational logistics, warehousing, and distribution of event materials and assets
• Assist with project management across multiple campaigns and workstreams
• Help recruit, schedule, and manage event personnel and staffing
• Support live activations, experiential campaigns, and the Big Student Lock-In finale
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and systems that keep teams aligned
• Identify process improvements and remove operational bottlenecks
• Contribute to campaign content and creative production where relevant

Requirements

• Recent graduate, final-year student, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel nationally during peak periods
• UK clean driving licence and comfort driving to various locations
• Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear, professional communication with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
• Structured thinking and sound judgement under pressure
