About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
  • Source, compare, and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts and oversee budgets
  • Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
  • Coordinate with venue staff and provide on-site support during events
  • Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check banners, signage, and promotional materials
  • Hire, train, and manage a 40-person on-site volunteer team
