Responsibilities

  • Plan, structure and coordinate all conferences on a strategic level including dates and venues
  • Negotiate with vendors for catering, accommodation, transportation, and facilities
  • Create innovative conference experiences through creative new ideas
  • Manage operational conference details such as floor planning, invitations, signage, and printing
  • Oversee live conference execution to ensure smooth operations and high attendee satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
  • Experience in event planning, coordination, marketing, or public relations
  • Valid UK work permit
  • Exceptional eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
