Event Marketing Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of global events across DACH, France, the UK, and the US
• Build and nurture vendor and venue relationships as the operational backbone
• Own event logistics, coordinating with venues and suppliers to deliver on time and on budget
• Manage end-to-end billing and invoice workflows, keeping records aligned with finance
• Maintain documentation, timelines, and status tracking across ongoing projects
• Use AI tools to streamline event operations from research to briefing

Requirements

• Currently studying marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong commercial instinct with understanding that events serve business goals
• Full professional proficiency in English; German is a plus
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple events and markets simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solver who finds ways forward independently
• Dependable and communicative, taking ownership of logistics and flagging issues early
• AI-native mindset, reaching for tools that improve speed and precision
• Comfortable operating across cultures and time zones
• Genuine curiosity about the hospitality industry
