Event Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans that align with marketing and sales goals to drive measurable revenue growth.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact hosted field events, regional and national trade shows, and internal events.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless event coordination and high-conversion lead follow-up.
• Track and analyze event performance against key metrics, including ROI and pipeline sourced, to optimize future tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex events.
• Proven experience planning and executing regional trade shows.
• Strong project and budget management skills, including vendor contract negotiation and resource allocation.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo for lead flow and attribution tracking.
• Previous experience marketing within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AECO) sectors.
