Event Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Implement mid-market strategies through the organization and execution of large-scale events, trade school engagement, and field marketing initiatives for the Milwaukee brand.
• Create meaningful brand impressions with core mid-market users to communicate disruptive innovation and the vision for a cordless jobsite.
• Act as the primary resource for product pitches regarding new product categories during event executions such as Core Trade Nights and Trade Shows.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to schedule IC Sales Days and drive Point of Sale (POS) results.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with trade school partners to deliver heavy-duty training sessions to students.
• Develop and execute a formal territory plan to maximize brand impressions and sales.
• Travel to various markets as required to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Exemplary presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team.
