Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of live promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Represent client brands at events to deliver a positive and professional customer experience
• Engage with event attendees to promote products, services, or specific campaigns
• Support event logistics including materials, signage, registration, and on-site coordination
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and successful event operations
• Gather customer feedback and insights during promotional activities
• Ensure all event standards, branding, and messaging are consistently delivered
