Event Marketing Manager

About the Company

Gradient Labs is building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Founded in 2023, the company works with major names in banking and fintech to eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations using specialist AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the global events programme end-to-end, including conferences, bespoke dinners, workshops, and partner events
• Manage event delivery, planning, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics
• Research and build targeted invite lists using Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot
• Run email invite campaigns to drive attendance from the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Align with Sales to prioritize events that drive pipeline and meaningful conversations
• Manage post-event follow-up, lead hand-off, and nurture flows in HubSpot
• Co-host events with technology partners to expand market reach
• Track attendee acquisition, lead capture, and event ROI
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
• Maintain organized event calendars and plans using Notion and Slack

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B event marketing, ideally in fintech or high-growth SaaS
• Strong creative instinct for curating memorable, intentional event experiences
• Sales-driven mindset focused on pipeline generation rather than vanity metrics
• High level of organizational rigor and ability to manage multiple moving parts across time zones
• High agency and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication skills for briefing designers and negotiating with partners
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Apollo, and Clay
