Event Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns
• Support the marketing team in developing event concepts, branding strategies, and promotional objectives
• Coordinate event logistics including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and on-site event management
• Engage with event attendees and provide exceptional customer interaction
• Help create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures
• Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee databases
• Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and trends
• Prepare post-event reports analyzing attendance and customer feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
