About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives
  • Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, breakdown, and on-site management
  • Communicate with event attendees and respond to inquiries and requests
  • Assist in creating and distributing event marketing materials, such as flyers and invitations
  • Manage event registration and maintain attendee databases
  • Conduct market research to identify potential event opportunities
  • Provide post-event reports and analysis regarding attendance and ROI

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications
