About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives
- Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, breakdown, and on-site management
- Communicate with event attendees and respond to inquiries and requests
- Assist in creating and distributing event marketing materials, such as flyers and invitations
- Manage event registration and maintain attendee databases
- Conduct market research to identify potential event opportunities
- Provide post-event reports and analysis regarding attendance and ROI
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience or internships in event planning, marketing, or promotions
