Event Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences
• Support the development of event concepts, themes, and campaign objectives
• Manage event logistics, including setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
• Communicate with event attendees and respond to inquiries professionally
• Assist in creating and distributing event marketing materials such as flyers and invitations
• Support event registration management and maintain accurate attendee databases
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Prepare post-event reports including performance metrics and ROI analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Passion for event coordination, brand marketing, and live experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or experience in event planning, marketing, promotions, or hospitality
