Event Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and conferences
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event themes, strategies, and promotional concepts
• Engage with event attendees, provide information, and respond to inquiries professionally
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as flyers, signage, and invitations
• Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee databases
• Track event performance and assist in preparing post-event reports regarding attendance and feedback

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
