Event Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts, themes, and campaign objectives
• Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site event coordination
• Communicate with event attendees, providing information and responding to inquiries professionally
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital assets
• Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee databases
• Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and industry trends
• Gather post-event data and prepare reports including attendance metrics and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
