Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external corporate events including parties, team-building, and workshops
• Coordinate logistics, venue selection, scheduling, and vendor management
• Organize branded merchandise for employees and corporate events
• Evaluate event effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and KPI monitoring
• Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, venues, and suppliers
• Prepare and manage event budgets and process payment requests
• Coordinate event communications and promotional materials across internal channels

Requirements

• Previous experience in Event Management, Corporate Culture, or Employee Experience
• Proven track record of managing multiple events from planning to execution
• Experience managing event budgets and external vendors
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative mindset to generate innovative event concepts
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Greek is a plus
