Responsibilities

• Manage and execute events from end to end including workstreams, registration, guest experience, catering, and on-site production
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, tracking all milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors including caterers, AV providers, and creative production teams
• Oversee attendee registration, check-in processes, and manage event communications
• Maintain meticulous financial records, monitor budgets, and process invoices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including design, procurement, and security to align with brand guidelines
• Implement and manage safety and security protocols
• Collect, analyze, and report event metrics and attendee feedback

Requirements

• 6+ years of event production experience managing end-to-end planning and onsite execution
• Proven experience leading guest experience and front-of-house operations for high-profile corporate events
• Proficiency with Mac and event software systems such as AirTable, Luma, Swoogo, and Google Sheets
• Strong capabilities in vendor coordination and budget management
