Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
• Lead and mentor a team of field marketing representatives
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Identify target markets and develop tailored marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute promotional events, including trade shows, home expos, and community outreach programs
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Manage the budget for field marketing activities to maximize ROI
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, specifically field marketing
• Experience in the home remodeling or construction industry preferred
• Proven track record of implementing successful field marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel as needed for events and project site visits
