Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning and execution of marketing activations
• Oversee marketing strategy development and on-site execution
• Work with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging brand experiences
• Act as the primary contact for vendors and partners
• Provide on-the-ground support including setup, attendee engagement, and breakdown
• Manage event personnel and ensure safety standards are met
• Train event specialists on equipment usage and assembly
• Prepare, organize, and maintain event equipment and materials
• Handle administrative duties including expense tracking, reporting, and event recaps
• Track invoices and purchase orders
• Analyze event outcomes to drive continuous improvements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event production, brand management, or product management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
