Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted project lead reporting to the Event Director
• Create high-quality creative events to communicate brand value
• Deliver high-velocity event programs for virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from strategy and concepting to post-event reporting
• Manage direct client relationships and provide regular status updates
• Maintain financial ownership including creating, managing, and reconciling event budgets
• Oversee internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure quality control and deadline adherence
• Proactively seek new business and growth opportunities for client projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event and project management (in-person and virtual)
• Proven experience in financial planning and budget management
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• BA/BS degree
• Ability to travel within EMEA for onsite event activity and site visits
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
