About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted project lead reporting to the Event Director
- Create high-quality creative events to communicate brand value
- Deliver high-velocity event programs for virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from strategy and concepting to post-event reporting
- Manage direct client relationships and provide regular status updates
- Maintain financial ownership including creating, managing, and reconciling event budgets
- Oversee internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure quality control and deadline adherence
- Proactively seek new business and growth opportunities for client projects
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in event and project management (in-person and virtual)
- Proven experience in financial planning and budget management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- BA/BS degree
- Ability to travel within EMEA for onsite event activity and site visits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
