Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for event branding, environmental graphics, and signage production
• Develop signage placement plans, venue maps, and wayfinding strategies
• Partner with production agencies for AV, staging, furniture, and event infrastructure
• Project manage multiple conference content tracks, including speaker rosters and agendas
• Contribute creative concepts for attendee activations and networking experiences
• Manage the Rainfocus Speaker Portal and orchestrate content management for all speaker types
• Provide "white glove" service for executive and VIP speakers
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across various event workstreams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience planning large-scale corporate conferences or enterprise events
• Experience managing cross-functional project plans and multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with creative agencies, production companies, and AV vendors
• Strong understanding of event branding and attendee experience design
• Ability to travel for onsite event execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting conferences with 1,000+ attendees
• Previous experience in tech companies (e.g., Cisco, Meta, Google, Apple, Microsoft)
• Background in Product Marketing or experiential marketing
• Located in Texas or Austin, TX
